Drive Modular Company Ltd is a purpose driven and passion forward full-service modular provider. We offer a full-service approach, from initial consultation on design, to drafting/engineering, manufacturing management, installation, and mobilization. Regardless of who else is involved, every project we engage in we take full ownership of to ensure the project is “FUN” for the client and they end up feeling like it was a win-win.
Founded in 2019 by seasoned modular veterans that saw a need in the market for a more collaborative approach to helping solve end users temporary space requirements. With a goal to “MAKE MODULAR FUN”, we continually find ourselves looking for outside the box solutions to remove the typical pain points from your modular project.
Our executive team and site team has over 50 years of experience, and over 2,500 modules manufactured by the principal team and over 12,000 modules installed on projects. The Drive Modular team has the right knowledge and expertise to ensure you are getting the right product, constructed in the right way, and set up safely and effectively.

Jim Moore
President & Managing Partner
Jim has been involved in construction and construction management for over 34 years. Attending Purdue University and graduating with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Jim also obtained his Master Electrician certification shortly after university. Being involved in all types of construction projects from residential, commercial, and industrial projects through the years. With a focus on Modular construction for the past 10 years, holding several executive positions on manufacturing and construction teams. The completion of projects and installing over 10,000 factory-built modules across Canada.
A key accomplishment: Becoming a master electrician
Where you’d find him on the weekend: Busy with my wife and two children, along with cooking BBQ
